WOMEN OF VIRTUES

Inspite of the cultural handicaps which bedeviled the woman of the
Biblical times, generations and ages, there were women in all walks of
life whose qualities should be emulated by women and men of following
generations, particularly the present generation. I believe that their
stories and history are presented to us in the Bible, particularly, to
serve this special purpose. The lessons from their lives should be
imbibed to instruct, guide and direct women of virtue or women who
aspire for a virtuous life in this generation. These biblical women of
virtue are found in politics, professions as housewives, prophetess,
leaders, administrators, authors and mothers. They are heroines of their
time and all times especially these days when heroes and heroines are
hard to come by.
